The LumApps platform serves more than 5 million users across 500 client companies, some with as many as 500,000 users. Our provisioning solution enables large organizations to centralize their directories, unify user identities within the platform, and power all its services and features. Tomorrow, it will allow profile enrichment with data related to users' activity on the product, coming from the various systems within the client ecosystem.

The goal: empower the product to develop ever more ambitious features based on this data.

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Analytics and Insight team responsible for the process of the data & that builds and delivers the data products and features our internal and external users rely on to make better decisions.

You will be at the heart of both strategic and technical decisions, with a strong impact on the product's evolution. You will be a key driver in defining the product roadmap for analytics features, blending technical strategy with a deep understanding of user needs and business value.

**Missions**

• Lead a team of 3–4 developers, ensuring the quality of deliverables, production, and team performance.
• Actively contribute to the development, operation, and support of analytics features and services.
• Leverage the team to establish and drive the technical vision in alignment with product goals.
• Define the analytics product strategy and roadmap based data analysis and business objectives, ensuring alignment with the overall company vision.
• Mentor, coach, and grow engineers while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Work with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders to define and deliver the vision.

Skills
**

• 5+ years of experience in backend development (ideally Python and SQL).
• Proven experience in team management and engineering mentorship.
• Experience with product analytics tools and a strong data-informed decision-making mindset.
• Strong understanding of high-usage, service-based architectures.
• Excellent ability to communicate ideas, technical plans, and strategies clearly and precisely.
• Proven ability to translate business goals into technical and product requirements and manage a product backlog (e.g., using tools like Jira or similar).

Bonus Skills

• Experience in SaaS or tech companies.
• Experience in project or product management.
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud architecture.
• Proven expertise with ETL-type systems.
