Once on board we nurture and promote talented individuals, making sure that senior positions are open to all.Discover the RoleThe HR & Payroll Consultant will ensure both technical and commercial service quality across its portfolio of clients.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure regular payroll and social reporting on client files of intermediate complexity levelEnter variable pay itemsIntegrate variable pay elements (due diligence, anomalies processing)Monitor the payroll project according to the procedures defined by the supervisorProcessing of a new employee: establishment of the DUE, affiliation with social organizations, creation of the employee record in SilaeProcess the departure of an employee: fill in the employee's file, calculate the STC in simple cases (CDD, resignation) and complex cases (dismissal, breaks), drawing up the work certificate, received from STC, Pôle Emploi certificateWhen payroll has been validated by the supervisor, call for funds establishment, under control and supervisor reviewEstablish common Urssaf social statements, pension fund, provident, mutual, occupational medicine, to be supervised by the supervisorEstablish pay certificates for sickness, maternity, AT within the legal time limits.Reply to all emails and mails received during the reception day.
