WHY WE NEED YOU ?  Our growth is driving us to strengthen our Product Marketing team to support the go-to-market success of our offers. Your mission will be to enhance the go-to-market impact of our product launches and improve cross-functional collaboration across Product and Marketing.
YOUR FUTURE TEAM  We work in a collaborative and international environment where the diversity of Scalers, combined with a spirit of sharing, helps bring new projects to life every day, advancing our ambitions together. 
You will be part of a team of 5 Product Marketing Managers, including a Lead Product Marketing Manager reporting directly to the VP of Product. The team acts as a transversal hub between Product and Marketing, defining go-to-market strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and supporting product adoption across Scaleway's portfolio.
YOUR DAILY ROUTINE  - Drive the go-to-market strategy for product launches and major feature releases. - Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing & Sales to build and execute integrated launch plans. - Conduct competitive and market analysis to refine positioning, messaging, and value propositions. - Build product enablement materials and collaborate with Sales Enablement to roll them out. - Contribute to shaping the Product Marketing function and processes within the Product department. - Monitor product performance and customer feedback using tools such as Amplitude, Metabase, Hubspot, and Strapi. - Support transversal initiatives demonstrating the value of Product Marketing across the organization. - Prioritize initiatives and structure complex cross-team projects with clarity and impact. - Mentor junior PMMs and contribute to team knowledge-sharing rituals. - Maintain a customer-centric approach to guide strategic decisions and ensure product-market fit.
ABOUT YOU SOFTSKILLS : - Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders. - Excellent written and verbal communication (from customers to C-level). - Capacity to adapt quickly, manage ambiguity, and stay calm in complex environments. - Structured mindset, able to organize, prioritize, and drive long-term transversal projects. - Proactive, accountable, and focused on delivering measurable business impact.
HARDSKILLS :  - 3–5+ years of experience in Product Marketing Management. - Proven experience executing GTM strategies and managing end-to-end product launches. - Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Amplitude, Metabase, or Hubspot. - Background in cloud, complex B2B products, or fast-paced tech environments. - Ability to create compelling positioning, messaging, and competitive analyses.
