Nous recrutons, pour Janvier 2026, un(e) stagiaire Chief of Staff pour épauler notre cofondateur & CEO sur des sujets stratégiques et transverses : Finance, RH, marketing, culture d'équipe et coordination produit.

Tu travailleras au cœur des décisions, dans une startup IA early stage, en contact direct avec les fondateurs, dans un rôle à fort impact et autonomie.

Vos missions
  • Gérer des projets RH : process de recrutement, onboarding, marque employeur
  • Piloter des actions marketing : campagnes, contenu, social media, événements
  • Suivre la roadmap produit : remontées terrain, coordination avec l'équipe tech
  • Analyser le revenu et la marge
  • Préparer des supports stratégiques : OKR, tableaux de bord, présentations internes
  • Fluidifier la collaboration entre équipes (product, ops, sales)
  • Être l'œil du CEO sur les sujets transverses et stratégiques
Vos compétences
  • Étudiant(e) en master d'école d'ingénieur ou de commerce (top tier).
  • Excellente communication écrite et orale, rigueur, esprit de synthèse
  • Forte capacité analytique et logique.
  • Capacité à prioriser, exécuter vite et bien, en autonomie
  • Aisance avec les outils d'automatisation (Zapier, Make, n8n…) et envie de tester des outils no-code/low-code pour gagner en efficacité.
  • Anglais courant
  • Première expérience en startup, conseil ou projet entrepreneurial appréciée
