We are partnered with an exciting Global Consumer Health business to find a QC Lab Manager in the Île-de-France region

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a multidisciplinary Quality Control team, promoting a strong culture of safety, compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee end-to-end QC laboratory activities, including sampling, testing, stability studies and method implementation, in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance for materials, products, equipment and facilities according to applicable international and local regulations.
  • Act as the primary QC representative during regulatory inspections and manage relationships with external laboratories.
  • Define QC objectives and performance indicators aligned with overall quality strategy and operational excellence.
  • Drive people development and capability building to strengthen future QC performance.

Requirements

  • Degree in Chemistry or Pharmacy
  • 8–10 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including ≥5 years in QC management
  • Strong technical, analytical and leadership skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Lean / Green or Black Belt certification is a plus
