Kyriba is hiring a talented First Line manager for the EMEA Account Management team. This role is focused on both achievement of sales quota, as well as strategic management of customer renewals, and direct management of team members.

The position requires leadership, strong account management, business development and communication skills with the ability to gain cross functional internal credibility and support for the mission. Key Performance Indicators include the ability to grow and develop the team, current clients as well as develop and close on a pipeline of new client business. KPI's will include Current Client Revenue Growth and Retention, meeting quarterly and annual quota targets, team Pipeline Development and hiring and employee development and retention.

The Manager, AM must be able to identify, understand and resolve business challenges of clients and prospects to assure customer satisfaction through all stages of the relationship. Must be able to establish, grow and maintain strong relationships throughout the customer base.

What You'll Do

  • Hire, help onboard, and develop members of the account management organization.
  • Support a mixed profile of customer accounts including SMB/Mid-Market, Enterprise, and select Strategic accounts.
  • Serve in a player-coach role as the team is onboarded and develops to full capacity.
  • Accurately Forecast Revenue on an ongoing basis and ensure appropriate updates in Salesforce.
  • Serve as an escalation path both to internal team members and customers on an as-needed basis.
  • Develop and nurture pipeline for team members.
  • Manage and lead a team of approximately 5 individuals within the account management organization.
  • Support strategic business reviews of client accounts.
  • Develop and grow relationship with clients, enabling solution expansion and upsells.
  • Coordinate activity involving other business partners at Kyriba, including CSMs, Professional Service, Solution Engineers, Finance, Development, and other stakeholders.
  • Responsible for timely and strategic management of customer renewals, including protection from potential churn.
  • Effectively differentiate Kyriba offerings from competitive alternatives and create customer preference for Kyriba offerings, based on that differentiation.
  • Work with partners as needed for both customer-specific account strategies as well as overall portfolio support and growth.
  • Manage internal escalations as required, ensuring accountability from other supporting teams within Kyriba.
  • Effectively negotiate with multiple levels of customer management, resulting in successful closing of the sale.

What You Bring

  • Previous Management experience at a SaaS company.
  • 4+ years of Sales and/or Account Manager experience.
  • Extensive Experience with Renewal Strategy and negotiations.
  • Knowledge of and experience in the Treasury Software / Accounting software industry.
  • Diverse experience in the fields of product marketing, management, professional services, and communications.
  • Existing network and contacts.
  • Problem Solver.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
