Executive Territory Account Manager – South France

- Extensive experience in life sciences or related fields, supported by a Bachelor's degree (Master's or PhD preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to manage strategic accounts and influence senior decision-makers.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to adapt your style to diverse audiences.
- A collaborative mindset and the confidence to mentor junior colleagues when needed.
- Fluency in French and English is essential; additional European language skills are a plus.
- Ability to travel regularly within South France (Toulouse/Bordeaux region) to meet customers.
- You must already be based near Toulouse or Bordeaux – relocation is not available for this role.
- Drive sales of Illumina's products and services within your assigned territory.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize growth and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to align with company objectives.
- Partner with research organizations to understand challenges and deliver tailored solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and exceptional customer service to ensure loyalty and long-term partnerships.
- Gather and analyze data on market trends, competitor products, and pricing to identify opportunities.
- Contribute to regional strategy and execution to achieve revenue targets.
- Build strong internal and external networks to enhance business outcomes.
- Mentor junior team members and share best practices across the organization.
