Role Overview:
We're seeking a Senior Avionics/Electric Engineer to support the design, development, and integration of advanced avionics and electrical systems. This role is central to ensuring safety, compliance, and performance across key aerospace programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design, development, and validation of avionics/electrical systems.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for seamless aircraft integration.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and compliance checks.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and support process improvements.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven avionics/electrical engineering experience in aerospace.
- Strong electronic circuit design and testing knowledge.
- Familiarity with standards like DO-160, DO-178.
- Proficiency with CAD and simulation tools.
- Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Aerospace Engineering.
- Experience working in regulated engineering environments.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Knowledge of system safety assessments.
- Exposure to firmware or embedded systems.
- Experience with aerospace certification processes.
- Ability to work within multicultural, international teams.
- Training/certifications in avionics standards.
