About the Role
As our Office Manager, you will play a key role in creating an efficient, welcoming, and well‑run office environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, ownership, and supporting a dynamic team.
Your Key Responsibilities
Oversee day‑to‑day office operations and maintain a professional workspace
Act as the first point of contact for visitors, suppliers, and internal teams
Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, calendars, and office events
Manage office supplies, equipment, and external vendors
Support HR processes such as onboarding, documentation, and internal communication
Assist leadership with administrative tasks and small internal projects
Ensure compliance with internal processes and contribute to quality standards
What You Bring
Previous experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
Proficiency with MS Office and general office tools
Professional fluency in French and good working English
A proactive, solution‑oriented mindset and a positive attitude
