Job Title: Senior IT Infrastructure Manager

Location: Toulouse

Reports To: Head of IT & Digital Systems

What You'll Do :

  • Lead and coordinate a technical team (systems, networks, security, data) to ensure high-quality support and continuous improvement of services.

  • Manage and optimize IT infrastructures: Servers, Networks, Storage, Virtualization, Backup & Archiving, Security.

  • Ensure availability, resilience, and security of IT environments, with a strong focus on cybersecurity and business continuity.

  • Guarantee compliance with regulatory standards (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11) and best practices.

  • Work directly with external providers: coordinate, manage, and monitor contract execution and service quality.

  • Contribute to local and global IT strategy by providing both managerial and technical expertise.

Who You Are :

  • Degree in IT, Information Systems, or related field.

  • 5 to 10 years of proven experience in managing IT infrastructure teams.

  • Strong technical background as a network and/or systems engineer.

  • Skills in Cloud (Azure or hybrid environment).

  • Proficiency with Windows & Linux OS.

  • Knowledge of IT/OT infrastructures and their interactions.

  • Demonstrated expertise in cybersecurity.

  • Ability to lead business continuity, resilience, and DRP / disaster recovery planning.

  • Experience in regulated environments (pharma/biotech, GxP) is a strong plus.

  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English.

  • Strong leadership, organizational skills, collaborative mindset, and results orientation.
