Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Product Support Manager to join our team in Vitrolles, ensuring the Technical Support interface between AH customer and AH. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing most reactive and efficient answers to customer's technical queries for the in-service

fleet to help operators to operate safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Provide most reactive and efficient answers to customer's technical queries for the in-service fleet to help operators to operate safely and efficiently. Coverage of fleet in Europe, Middle East and Africa with worldwide support of L2 Hub's when needed.

Ensure technical support to other internal Departments (Logistic, Warranty, Offers, KAM/KRM, Tech Pub, Design Office, Quality, MRO, PSO, Tech Reps)

Participate to 24/7 Technical Support coverage for all customers worldwide ('follow the sun' process)

Manage bi-monthly meetings with Hubs on Technical Topics follow-up

Collect and analyze technical topics and occurrences and provide proposals as input to Support Experts (EBSEE) for RETEX and to PSO (EBSX) for PIP/ MIP & Technical top irritants

Contribute to general technical information generation

Deliver and maintain technical competencies in Customer Centers/Hubs

Perform technical briefings to our Customers

Required Skills & Experience

Education / Experience:

Diploma in aerospace, Helicopters domain would be a plus, or 3 years minimum experience in Helicopters domain.

Technical Skills:

Basic knowledge of helicopter architecture and operations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) / Google Suite (Doc, Sheets, Drive).

Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Soft Skills:

Proactive and responsive mindset.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and within a team.
