Nous recherchons un·e UGC Creator Social Media Manager pour accompagner la
création de contenus et gérer les réseaux sociaux d'une marque appartenant à
un réseau de l'énergie.
Ce rôle hybride est essentiel pour, d'une part, garantir une compréhension immédiate des enjeux et une production directe sur le terrain en agissant comme un lien privilégié, et d'autre part, assurer un alignement constant avec la stratégie globale de la marque gérée par l'équipe en agence
Votre mission
- Incarner la marque dans des contenus UGC (facecam, hands-on, storytelling).
- Réaliser, tourner et monter les vidéos (montage + motion).
- Proposer des idées créatives adaptées aux tendances social media.
- Planifier, publier et gérer un compte Meta & TikTok (stratégie, calendrier éditorial, légendes, hashtags).
- Suivre les performances et proposer des optimisations.
- Explorer et intégrer des outils IA pour optimiser la production, les idées et la performance social media.
Profil recherché
- À l'aise devant la caméra, ton naturel et pédagogique.
- Maîtrise du montage mobile/desktop (CapCut, Premiere,DaVinci).
- Sens du branding et de la narration.
- Connaissance des codes TikTok & Reels.
- Si expérience pour l'énergie est un plus.
- Appétence pour l'IA et les outils d'accélération créative.
