We're Hiring: TikTok Affiliate Creator Operations Specialist (European Market)

Location:

-Paris, France office, Hybrid.

-German, Remote.

-Italy, Remote.

We're expanding our performance marketing team and looking for 3 TikTok Affiliate Creator Operations Specialists (European Market: FR, GE, IT)

Working with creators and influencers to drive real sales

Owning projects end-to-end and seeing measurable growth results

Then you will LOVE this role.

What you'll do

1.    Identify, recruit, and manage high-quality TikTok Shop affiliate creators to drive project growth and performance

2.    Build and operate creator communities, designing incentive programmes and engagement activities to maximise long-term collaboration

3.    Work closely with internal teams and external partners to execute projects independently, optimise conversion, and hit key performance targets

We're looking for

1.    Strong written and spoken French/ German/ Italian skills, with the ability to communicate confidently with creators and partners

2.    Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to develop long-term external partnerships

3.    A self-driven, organised professional who can manage multiple projects and priorities independently

4.    Data-oriented mindset, with a focus on KPIs, performance tracking, and results

5.    A collaborative team player comfortable working in a multicultural, remote environment

6.    Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Canva, and other content or data-support tools

7.    Good command of Chinese, English and
French/ German/ Italian
, and openness to cross-cultural work
