Responsibilities
The TikTok Live Operations team is in search of a dynamic TikTok LIVE Agency Business Development Lead who thrives on cultivating connections as well as leading and guiding a team towards success. As we expand our ecosystem, agencies have become a pivotal force in driving this growth. This role focuses on developing agency business growth strategies that focus on sourcing agency leads, nurturing pipelines, and championing LIVE agency success. You'll be instrumental in fostering strategic, enduring relationships with LIVE agencies across France, ultimately boosting LIVE business revenue.

As part of the Europe Regional Operations Team, the TikTok LIVE Agency Business Development Lead plays a crucial role in securing sustainable growth for TikTok LIVE. This involves expanding our network of LIVE agency partners to deliver widespread LIVE education to creators while ensuring a consistent supply of high-quality content and interactions.

  • Lead a team in the identification and strategic recruitment of local MCNs, agencies, and organizations to supply livestream creators for TikTok LIVE

  • Create partnerships, build long-term relationships, educate, train and manage agencies and agency managed creators

  • Motivate agencies to provide more and better live streamers across a variety of content verticals

  • Monitor the weekly / monthly performance TiTkok data of agencies, draft and optimize the operation plan accordingly

  • Support in the creation of regional operations policies, contracts, education tools and terms for agencies working with cross functional teams globally

  • Host regular workshops and training sessions aimed at enhancing agency success, ensuring they stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and strategies for maximizing their impact on TikTok LIVE.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to explore and identify opportunities that promote the growth of the live agency business.

  • Organize and host impactful events aimed at boosting awareness and engagement with TikTok LIVE Agency Programme, driving its presence in the live streaming landscape.

  • Lead the execution of roadshows across the country, showcasing our success stories to attract and engage more agencies, solidifying TikTok LIVE as the platform of choice for their endeavors.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales and business development within the social media, tech or B2B sector, demonstrating a strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.

  • Proficiency in identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships, leveraging innovative approaches to drive business growth.

  • Strong analytical abilities to assess market trends, competitor landscapes, and opportunities for TikTok LIVE's expansion within the agency realm.

  • Adept at creating and executing comprehensive sales strategies that align with business objectives, resulting in consistent revenue generation and market penetration.

  • Experience in developing and presenting compelling proposals, tailored to meet the diverse needs of agency partners while showcasing the value proposition of TikTok LIVE.

  • Demonstrated result-oriented approach with a track record of achieving targets, coupled with proficient data analysis skills to drive informed decision-making even under pressure.

  • Fluent in French and English due to working with French agencies and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5+ years or more of industry experience, preferably but not necessarily in sectors related to live-streaming, video-sharing, social media, tech, or start-ups, showcasing a deep understanding of industry intricacies and market nuances.

  • Experience in content channel partner building or agency partner building. Understand how to open up channel networks for new markets, how to select channel partners, and how to manage partners.

  • Strong analytic skills, proficient in financial report analysis, familiar with financial budgets and have a deep understanding of financial indicators.

  • Project management skills that enable you to drive cross-functional projects from idea to complete

  • Prior experience in community building with deep understanding of social and online platforms

  • Deep understanding of the content monetization industry, proven success in creator operations and event operations.
