Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Procurement Assistant Intern
to join our Commercial and Contracting Management Team in Paris. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in procurement operations within an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and archive procurement documents in both SharePoint and physical formats.
  • Register suppliers in our internal platform and SAP systems.
  • Manage invoice processing: scan, record, and forward documents to our international procurement and commercial team.
  • Maintain and update contract records in Excel, extracting data from our internal platform.
  • Potential to evolve into a purchasing role based on performance and interest.

Your Profile

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Procurement, or a related field.

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Comfortable working in a multicultural environment
  • Proactive, adaptable, and self-motivated
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Languages:

  • English:
    Mandatory
  • Chinese and/or French:
    A plus
