Supplier Quality Assistant Intern

Vous rejoindrez SOGEDEX ACCESSORIES et son équipe de 12 personnes. SOGEDEX est spécialisée dans la vente d'accessoires et fournitures d'identification des personnes (du porte-badge jusqu'au cordon personnalisable). Nos activités de distribution se font en ligne (via notre site internet ou sur les marketplaces) ou auprès de revendeurs et tous types de clients.

Sous la responsabilité, du Directeur Général et en collaboration avec l'approvisionneur acheteur, vous nous accompagnerez dans le renforcement de notre processus qualité et nos relations fournisseurs. En effet dans le cadre de notre démarche qualité, nous renforçons notre cahier des charges en termes d'exigences de sécurité, d'hygiène et de normes environnementales.

Votre quotidien 

 Au cours de votre stage vous participerez donc à la création d'une base de données/ « bibliothèque » recensant l'ensemble des certifications de nos produits et fournisseurs. Vos missions seront :

  Recenser toutes les certifications et réglementations actuelles pour notre secteur d'activité (Reach, emballages…)

• Identifier les besoins par produits / fournisseurs (en anglais)
• Prendre les contacts avec tous les fournisseurs concernés
• Créer une bibliothèque documentaire permettant de répondre à toute question rapidement
• Assurer le suivi et les relances jusqu'à finalisation
• Participer à l'avancée de la RoadMap Achat (recherche produits ou fournisseurs) si possible

Votre profil 

Vous préparez un Bac+4/5 en qualité ou achat. Vous avez une première expérience de stage dans un département qualité et vous êtes à l'aise avec Excel. Nos fournisseurs étant en grande majorité basés à l'étranger, vous parlez couramment Français et un très bon niveau d'Anglais. Vous faites preuve de rigueur, d'organisation. Vous recherchez un stage de 4 à 6 mois et avez envie de rejoindre une équipe à taille humaine, alors n'hésitez pas à nous envoyer votre CV.

You will join SOGEDEX ACCESSORIES and its team of 12 people. SOGEDEX specializes in the sale of personal identification accessories and supplies (from badge holders to customizable lanyards). Our distribution activities are carried out online (via our website or on marketplaces) or through resellers and all types of customers.

Under the responsibility of the Managing Director and in collaboration with the procurement buyer, you will help us strengthen our quality process and supplier relationships. As part of our quality approach, we are strengthening our specifications in terms of safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.

Your missions

 During your internship, you will therefore participate in the creation of a database/library listing all the certifications for our products and suppliers.

Your tasks will be:

• List all current certifications and regulations for our sector of activity (REACH, packaging, etc.)
• Identify requirements by product/supplier (in English)
• Contact all relevant suppliers
• Create a document library to enable quick responses to any questions
• Follow up and chase up until completion
• Contribute to the progress of the Purchasing RoadMap (product or supplier research) where possible

Your profile 

You are studying for a four- or five-year degree in quality or purchasing. You have initial internship experience in a quality department and are comfortable using Excel. As the vast majority of our suppliers are based abroad, you are fluent in French and English. You are thorough and organized.
