You join the Agency & Solutions - Acquisition Strategic Finance team, composed of 15 people. Your role will be to set up primary and secondary syndications applied to LBO structured operations.

In this team, we are working on the implementation and monitoring of complex LBO financing operations initiated by the front office ASF of the large clientele bank for the benefit of large French and international companies.

You work closely with the Agency LBO teams, the back office, Vetting/KYC and IT teams, and you intervene on a daily basis with the place's investment funds.

On a daily basis, you will have as your tasks:

• Manage the purchases and sales of investment fund debt, including KYC management and investor whitelisting;
• Respond to fund issues and coordinate responses with cross-functional teams;
• Ensure database management and data quality;
• Manage events related to LBO financing operations, including the communication of freezes to investors and the timing of requests;

Process audit requests, perform reconciliations and manage variances, while importing the data of lenders into the ETS system for new LBO operations and following the payment of transfer commissions.

It is likely that you will be involved in projects such as those for ongoing automation (user forms, macro, VBA), in cross-functional projects in the Agency department, or in taking over tasks related to portfolio LBO operations.

With a higher education, you have experience in the field of primary and/or secondary syndication. You have experience in managing purchases/sales of receivables on the primary and/or secondary debt market, or in an investment fund, or with an asset manager.

You master:

• Structured financing operations;
• Office tools, notably Excel and VBA;
• Mastering ClearPar is a plus.

You have excellent interpersonal skills and a very good listening ability, you are:

• Organized and rigorous;
• Proactive and curious;
• Motivated by teamwork.

You master English with a C1 level.
