Your challenge
As an Office Professional, you are part of our fun and dynamic Office & Facility Management team. You are the first point of contact for visitors and employees, who you greet and help with a smile. You will be responsible for local administration in close collaboration with the management team.
We are currently looking for someone to work part time (max 24 hours per week), spread over 4-5 weekdays.
You are responsible for:
- Planning and following up maintenance.
- Ordering and managing office supplies, consumables, and commercial materials for job and trade fairs.
- Providing support for administrative tasks such as making copies and prints, entering data, and setting up meeting rooms.
- Assisting colleagues by answering and transferring incoming calls from customers, partners, and contractors.
- Managing travel arrangements for your colleagues.
- Being part of the local event team.
Essential talents and qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree, preferably in office management or another relevant field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English.
- A very good command of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- The ability to work flexibly and handle potentially stressful situations well.
- A customer-oriented, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude.
- A proactive attitude and structured way of working.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in administrative function.
