Your assignment

Valiantys Group is looking for an Accountant based in Toulouse.

Reporting to the Accounting Manager EMEA, you will be responsible for the suppliers accounting of several subsidiaries based in France for a 6 months fixed term contract.

Things you'll be working on

You will:

*Manage supplier accounting, including VAT, invoice control, and validation according to internal workflows, up to payment.

*Ensure the proper use of accounting codes and analytical allocations for budget tracking.

*Record expense reports and oversee their payment.

*Update daily bank operations, including credit card transactions.

*Post basic month-end closing entries, such as accrued expenses (FNP), prepaid expenses (CCA), and depreciation charges.

*Participate in the reconciliation of certain balance sheet accounts and the recording of recurring transactions.

*Support the end-of-month closing process.

We're using Netsuite.

What you need to be successful

You passed 2 year degree in accounting with a minimum of 3 years experience, ideally in an accounting firm or accounting department.

General accounting and Excel have no more secrets for you. You appreciate cost accounting.  

You speak French fluently and know the English accounting lexicon. (B2 level is required for english)
