Purpose
The E&I Hub Manager is responsible for overseeing the procurement of field instrumentation and associated services. This role involves managing a team of buyers, PPL, expeditors, developing and implementing with Category Manager procurement strategies, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of high-quality materials. Responsibilities
Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of procurement specialists, ensuring effective performance for Greenfield & Brownfield projects and OPS.Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement with the category manager procurement strategies to optimize costs, efficiency, and supplier performance.Supplier Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.Inventory Management: Review any surplus management from one project to another, liaise with operation for stock and maintenance needs.Budget Management: Align with OPS and Projects for the budgetCompliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.Reporting: Liaise with PPM and OPS representative for reporting and present regular reports on procurement activities, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives. Education
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, (Electrical or Instrumentation) Engineering, or a related field Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in the E&I sector. Functional Competencies
