PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Prepare periodic reports and analyses for internal and external stakeholders, following the manager's guidelines and with a certain level of autonomy.
  • Support the preparation of the quarterly Group 3-Year Plan, Budget, and Forecast, including the elaboration of the Profit & Loss Statement and Cash Flow.
  • Assist the team in managing Credit Line Facilities, producing reports agreed with the banks, gathering information, and acting as the point of contact for operational questions from the banks.
  • Support the team in enhancing files and processes and participate proactively in their implementation.
  • Participate in project teams where Finance and Controlling Departments' involvement is required, taking full accountability for assigned tasks.
  • Support and guide junior team members (e.g., interns, trainees) in carrying out shared tasks.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in similar role.
  • Background in the shipping industry, service companies, or consultancy firms is highly desirable.

  • High level of commitment and reliability.
  • Strong team player with excellent communications skills.
  • System-oriented mindset.
  • Proven ability to thrive in complex, international environments.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in Power Point and Word.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Familiarity with BI tools and Microsoft Dynamics platforms (AX or 365) is a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor or Master Degree preferably in business economics.
