World wine services est une société basée à Nice spécialisée dans l'approvisionnement de

vins et spiritueux pour les yachts, villas et jet privés.

Notre clientèle est internationale et

nous recherchons un (e) assistant (e ) administratif bilingue anglais.

Description du poste :

 Commande des vins et spiritueux et suivi avec les fournisseurs.

 Achat et règlement des factures.

 Réception et contrôle de la marchandise.

 Etablissement des devis clients et facturations.

 Gestion des tâches administratives et des procédures douanières.

 Logistique et organisation des livraisons

 Gestion des appels téléphoniques et des emails

 Liste non exhaustive.

Profil recherché :

 Aisance relationnelle et rédactionnelle en Anglais et en Français

 Excellente capacité d'organisation pour la gestion de priorités multiples.

 Discrétion, confidentialité, réactivité et dynamisme.

 Autonomie, rigueur, ponctualité

 Familiarité avec les procédures douanières, les réglementations portuaires et les

formalités administratives.

 Maîtrise des outils de bureautique (pack office)

 De formation Bac à BTS Secrétariat – assistanat ou équivalent

 Vous bénéficiez d'une première expérience réussie sur des fonctions similaires.

 La connaissance dans ce secteur sera un plus.

 Temps Plein 35 Heures du lundi au vendredi. Heures et jours de travail variables en

fonction des besoins et des saisons touristiques.
