The role requires proactive communication with a broad range of stakeholders to coordinate efficient task execution, resolve customer queries, and provide regular project updates. Responsibilities include monitoring cloud-based data transfer processes, identifying inconsistencies, conducting routine system checks, and escalating issues when necessary.
As a key point of contact, the Data Transfer Coordinator collaborates with multinational teams to standardize global processes, drive discussions, and anticipate business needs. The role involves problem-solving, prioritizing tasks based on urgency, and occasionally attending meetings outside of regular working hours. Core competencies:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to operate and communicate effectively with people at all levels of the business;
- Comfortable with a rapidly-changing environment;
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail;
- Able to work independently, motivated, proactive attitude with a passion for learning and creative problem solving.
- High school graduate or equivalent;
- 2-4 years of experience in Hardware Operations and Global Coordination domain;
- Min. of 1-2 years of experience in operating and troubleshooting physical hardware;
- Tech savvy Knowledge about how to handle data center issues;
- Intermediary in Excel;
- Client Management experience would be a plus;
- Mandatory BGV clearance.
