Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Finance Manager
to oversee the full financial operations of our France entity, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, cost control, tax compliance, and plant finance support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly/annual financial reporting (IFRS & French GAAP).
- Manage accounting operations: GL, AP/AR, cost accounting, fixed assets, inventory.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and coordinate statutory audits.
- Support plant operations with cost analysis, manufacturing costing, and efficiency improvement.
- Manage cash flow, treasury activities, and banking relationships.
- Strengthen internal controls and drive financial process/system improvements.
- Lead and develop the local finance team; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting; CPA/ACCA preferred.
- 8+ years of finance experience, with at least 3 years in manufacturing or automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, French GAAP, and cost accounting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Fluent French and strong English communication skills.
