Renforcer l'individuel, le collectif et ainsi avoir un impact positif sur l'ensemble des talents de l'entreprise et sur la performance de l'organisation.En une phrase, Coachello c'est la solution de coaching professionnel intégrée à Slack et MS Teams pour démocratiser le coaching dans le monde entier. Une centaine d'entreprises dans 12 pays nous font confiance dont Microsoft, Enedis, Qonto, Papernest, Meilleurs Agents, WTTJ...En plus du coaching humain, notre vision avec l'IA coach est de pouvoir offrir du coaching à l'ensemble des Talents d'une organisation à une fraction du cout du coaching humain à l'aide d'une application intégrée dans l'environnement de travail (MS Teams ou Slack). Cette IA conversationnelle, entrainée comme un coach professionnel de niveau ICF PCC et personnalisable pour chaque entreprise révolutionne le learning.Descriptif du posteAs aMarketing & Content Intern, you'll support our marketing team in bringing Coachello's brand and ideas to life every day. You'll play a hands-on role in creating engaging content, amplifying our presence on social media, contributing to events and community moments, and helping shape how we communicate with clients and prospects. You'll work closely with our Marketing Lead (SEO), founders, and cross-functional teamsYou'll be part of a team that values creativity, learning, and making an impact. This internship is a chance to stretch your writing and content muscles, and to help tell Coachello's story in ways that truly connect.What You'll GainReal ownership of creative projects you help shape.Practical experience across multiple marketing disciplines.Mentorship and feedback from experienced marketers.Exposure to a growing international company and exciting brand challenges.What You'll DoContent & Social MediaHelp write and edit creative content for LinkedIn, email newsletters, blog posts, and campaign assets.Support the planning and scheduling of social content (posts, visuals, captions).Monitor trends and propose content ideas that resonate with our audiences.Branding & Creative ProjectsAssist in developing brand materials — visuals, templates, and layouts (with tools like Canva, Figma, etc.).Contribute to storytelling and narrative framing across channels.Visibility & Creative IdeasPropose and explore original ideas to increase Coachello's visibility, content formats, creative campaigns, partnerships, event activations, or social media concepts.Keep an eye on what works in the startup, HR, L&D, and tech ecosystems and adapt relevant ideas to Coachello's tone and brand.Turn insights, trends, or everyday moments into simple, creative actions that help Coachello be better seen and remembered.Events & CommunitySupport planning and logistics for events (webinars, in-person meetups, panels).Help prepare event materials, follow-ups, and post-event content.Collaboration & SupportWork with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to gather stories, testimonials, and ideas.Assist in compiling simple performance reports and content engagement insights.Profil recherchéWho You AreCurrently in the final year of studies or Gap year (Bachelor's/Master's) in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Digital Media, or similar.Strong writing skills in English and/or French, clear, creative, and audience-focused.Curious about social media, branding, digital content, and storytelling.Creative mindset with a bias for execution and learning.Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced startup environment.Process de recrutementWe like to keep things simple, transparent, and human. Second Interview (45 min) A follow-up conversation with another founder to dive deeper into your experience, your approach to customer success, and how you see yourself growing with us. Case Study (1 hour) You'll receive a short case study to prepare and present. It's designed to simulate real-life situations you might face in the role, and to let us see how you think, prioritize, and communicate. Team Lunch (Informal) A casual lunch with part of the team — to get to know each other better, see if there's a natural cultural fit, and give you a feel for the Coachello vibe.
