How You'll Make An Impact

• Travel bookings and arrangements within the projects
• Communicate and collaborate with other local and global administrators in the organization
• Be a partner and have close collaboration with the project team and project leaders in the operational work to create conditions for efficiency and quality
• Responsible for VISA applications as well as Integrity and Compliance applications
• Handle correspondences for commercial purposes between Hitachi Energy and our customers
• Work locally and globally with strategic initiatives to create even better employee- and customer experience
• Coordinate conferences and meetings with both internal and external stakeholders

Your Background

• Experience and interest in administration and service is an advantage in this position
• Coordination and structured skills to handle different tasks at the same time
• You have a proactive mindset to foresee both challenges and opportunities
• Good communication skills and the wish to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment
• Self-driven in a fast-paced environment with the ability to take own initiatives
• As you will be a part of a global business, fluency in English and French is required, written and spoken alike

• Responsable des demandes de VISA ainsi que des démarches liées à l'intégrité et à la conformité
• Gestion de la correspondance commerciale entre Hitachi Energy et nos clients
• Participation à des initiatives stratégiques locales et mondiales pour améliorer l'expérience des employés et des clients
• Coordination de conférences et de réunions avec des parties prenantes internes et externes

Votre Profil

• Une expérience et un intérêt pour l'administration et le service sont un atout pour ce poste
• Capacité de coordination et sens de l'organisation pour gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément
• Esprit proactif pour anticiper les défis et les opportunités
• Bonnes compétences en communication et envie de travailler dans un environnement dynamique et multiculturel
• Autonomie dans un environnement rapide avec capacité à prendre des initiatives
• Comme vous ferez partie d'une entreprise internationale, la maîtrise de l'anglais et de français , à l'écrit comme à l'oral, est requise
