A critical role in my clients' next stage of growth, responsible for leading and scaling
regional marketing programs across EMEA
to drive
pipeline, revenue, and customer expansion
.

This role reports directly to the CMO.

Core Responsibilities

The role owns and leads the strategy and execution across three main areas:

Field & Regional Marketing:

  • Develop the EMEA field marketing strategy aligned with sales goals.
  • Execute regional campaigns (events, executive programs, ABM) in collaboration with Growth Marketing.
  • Maintain tight alignment with EMEA Sales leadership on target accounts and pipeline acceleration.

Customer Marketing:

  • Drive customer advocacy (case studies, references, testimonials).
  • Develop scalable customer marketing programs to support increased
    Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
    .
  • Partner with Customer Success and Product Marketing on retention and upsell.

Team Leadership & Enablement:

  • Manage, mentor, and grow the Field and Customer Marketing team.
  • Bring planning, pipeline forecasting, and strong budget discipline.

What Success Looks Like

Success is defined by
direct impact on pipeline creation and acceleration
, strong alignment and joint execution with Sales and Partner teams,
growth in customer advocacy and NRR
, and acting as a trusted, visible leader within the Marketing and Go-to-Market leadership team.

Candidate Requirements

  • 10+ years
    in B2B marketing, with
    5+ years
    leading field, customer, and/or partner marketing teams.
  • Proven success partnering with regional sales to drive revenue programs.
  • Experience in
    high-growth B2B SaaS
    with enterprise and mid-market experience.
  • Deep understanding of
    ABM, executive engagement, and multi-channel field programs
    .
  • Data-driven mindset comfortable operating in a matrixed, global environment
