Aircraft Technician – Toulouse

Position: Aircraft Technician

Compensation: €45,000-55,000, experience depending

Location: Toulouse area

About the role:

H&P is partnering with a market-leading Aeronautical maintenance company, which has been in business since 1985, with global partnerships in place.

Working with the team, you will be working on preventative maintenance and operations on their fleet of aircraft.

Key responsibilities

  • Fleet Maintenance:
    Execute all preventive and corrective maintenance operations on the fleet.
  • Prep & Plan:
    Utilize logbooks, visit records, and material reports to inform your work.
  • Scheduled Checks:
    Perform all routine periodic visits (Daily, Weekly, and A Checks).
  • Repair & Restore:
    Expertly replace defective parts and perform necessary repairs.
  • Diagnostics & Analysis:
    Conduct tests, take measurements, and use rigor to troubleshoot and fault-find.
  • Traceability & Sign-Off:
    Meticulously monitor and document all interventions, then sign technical execution sheets to certify work.
  • Final Verification:
    Continuously monitor the operational condition of all mechanical equipment.

What you bring

  • Licensed Veteran:
    You possess a valid EASA B1 License backed by a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience.
  • Fleet Specialist:
    You bring significant, proven expertise on our core fleet: Beechcraft (200, 300, 1900) and the ATR 72.
  • The Right DNA:
    You define yourself by your rigor, adaptability, and dynamism. You are naturally a team player with a strong team spirit.
