About the Role

Reporting directly to the MRO Manager, you will be part of a skilled production and maintenance team responsible for high-quality aircraft assembly and repair work. This role suits an experienced fitter who takes pride in precision, compliance, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform aircraft adjustment, assembly, and repair operations
  • Ensure all parts and assemblies meet required standards and technical specifications
  • Participate in diagnostics, as well as preventive and corrective maintenance activities
  • Read, interpret, and work from technical drawings and plans
  • Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and documentation
  • Collaborate effectively within a team-based workshop environment

Key Projects You'll Be Involved In

  • Structural and mechanical aircraft fitting and repair tasks
  • Maintenance and modification programs across multiple aircraft types
  • Continuous improvement initiatives within the MRO operation
  • Supporting quality and compliance objectives across production activities

What You Bring

  • Minimum
    3 years' experience
    as an aircraft fitter on multiple aircraft types
  • Strong knowledge of aircraft maintenance techniques and specialist tools
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • A team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
