Role Description

This is a full-time remote role as a Global Events Planner for PR & Communications. The individual will be responsible for planning and managing global events that align with the company's mission and overall goals. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating logistics, managing event budgets, liaising with vendors and stakeholders, creating event-related communication materials, and identifying opportunities to expand brand presence through events. Additionally, the role involves fostering relationships with partners and ensuring seamless execution of events.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional organizational skills with expertise in Event Planning and Event Management
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management related to event coordination
  • Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of international events, from concept through post-event reporting
  • Ability to operate across cultures, time zones, and regulatory environments
  • Deliver post-event analysis, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Build and manage strong relationships with venues, partners, sponsors, and production suppliers
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with partners and attendees
  • Experience in Sales and relationship-building to enhance networking and partnership opportunities
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced, global work environment
  • Familiarity with PR and communication strategies in luxury or wellness industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Business, Event Management, or a related field
