KEPLER CHEUVREUX:
The Corporate Finance division specializes in advisory and financial services to companies, investment funds and family offices. The team consists in 30 professionals located in Paris, Geneva, London, and Frankfurt

Within the corporate finance department, our team proposes to Small and MidCap listed corporates in Europe (between €100m and €2bn market capitalisation) to increase their investor reach, develop their equity story and recognition. In essence we consider how they can leverage their listing on their respective stock exchanges. We have a European focus, benefiting from existing relationships and research coverage on more than 1.000 listed companies. We offer sponsored research, liquidity contracts / share management services, as well as capital market considerations to help our clients in a challenging environment.

YOUR TASKS:
As part of its strategy to strengthen its Corporate Finance platform, the team is seeking ambitious and entrepreneurial-driven young professionals who are keen to join a leading financial player with a set-up across several different business lines. You will be working closely with the 3 senior team members of the team and contribute to most of the pitch and corporate presentations.

As a member of the Market Solutions team (Equity / Equity Linked instruments) you will participate in all aspects of the origination and execution of our services and eventual equity transactions:

• Research and analyse company and industry data,
• Prepare lists of potential targets and opportunities,
• Elaborate Equity-based financing recommendations,
• Draft client presentations and transaction materials,
• Assist in the execution of deals.

YOUR PROFILE & SKILLS:
The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:

• Studying towards a master's degree at an leading European university / business School, ideally in finance or economics ;
• Fluent in English and French; any other language is a plus (German) ;
• Highly motivated, high degree of professionalism as well as strong drive and commitment ;
• Dynamic and enthusiastic team player willing to work within a small, entrepreneurial team ;
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills are mandatory; capacity in financial modelling is a strong asset ;

• Previous uses of Capital IQ, Bloomberg, Factset or others financial tools are appreciated ;

• Strong analytical and numerical skills ;

• Previous internship in relevant connected fields (ECM, DCM, audit, strategy) ;
• Ability to use Python, good coding skills and Agentic AI (Bloomberg Quant analytics).

RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
Between 2 and 3 rounds of interviews: both fit and technical questions.
