Job Description Summary

JOB PURPOSE

Based on the activities assigned by his/her superiors, the Maintenance Manager is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the premises and exteriors within his/her scope.
He/she contributes to the regulatory management (safety, energy, etc.) of his/her perimeter.

Job Description

SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES

Maintenance and servicing

- Carry out periodic inspections of premises within its perimeter and identify non- compliances
- Organize annual inspections (ICPE) and carry out or arrange for maintenance and upkeep of premises (electricity, locks, cleaning, pests, etc.) and exteriors (green spaces, etc.)
- Identify and order the parts needed for the work
- Manage building security (lighting, alarms, video surveillance, access badges, etc.)
- Manage telephony, networks and IT tools within the scope of the project
- Ensure compliance and operation of tools within its scope (machine tools and benches)
- Contribute to continuous improvement within its scope (tools, etc.)
- Carry out handling operations within its scope (removals, fitting out, premises for events, archives, etc.)

Administrative

- Ensure and monitor regulatory checks on its scope (jib cranes, bridges, lifting tables, etc.)
- Participate in risk management within its scope (DUER, fire permits, prevention plans, etc.)
- Monitor and optimize energy consumption (water, electricity, gas, waste, etc.) and prepare declarations
- Implement, monitor and optimize service contracts within its scope
- Manage relations with service providers and ensure compliance with commitments contractual (services, etc.)

RESPONSIBILITIES AND SCOPE FOR ACTION

- Contribute to premises compliance
- Guarantees compliance and deadlines for maintenance and upkeep of premises
- Contributes to risk management within its scope of responsibility
- Know and strictly apply health and safety rules (personal protective equipment, etc.)
- Know and apply internal and external compliance procedures and rules

PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE

Diploma(s) and/or experience(s)

Vocational baccalaureate in a technical field and/or 2 years' significant experience preferred

Specific knowledge(s)

Technical skill(s)

- Professional knowledge in the technical field (electricity, plumbing, etc.)
- General knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations
- Basic knowledge of IT tools and information systems
- Elementary level in English (A1)
