Depuis plus de 60 ans, Groupe Gohard crée avec passion des finitions exceptionnelles et sur-mesure en s'appuyant sur un savoir-faire unique des métiers d'art.

Le Groupe Gohard recherche pour sa filiale spécialisée dans les finitions haut de gamme (peinture / dorure ) un Project Manager Chantier (H/F).

Rattaché(e) au Responsable de Production, vous assurez la gestion technique, humaine et financière des chantiers confiés, depuis la signature jusqu'à la réception.

Vous veillez à la qualité d'exécution des travaux, au respect des délais et au suivi des budgets avec la maitrise des coûts.

Vos missions principales :

A. Gestion commerciale et contractuelle

Analyser les contrats et pièces marchés ; établir et défendre les devis, TS et avenants.

Assurer le lien client et représenter l'entreprise en réunion.

B. Pilotage opérationnel des Chantiers et coordination technique

Planifier les interventions et coordonner les équipes internes et sous-traitantes sur les Chantiers ; Assurer le respect de la qualité d'exécution des travaux et des délais.

C. Gestion financière et reporting

Établir le budget d'exécution Chantier avec le Responsable de Production.

Suivre les coûts réels, marges et TS.

Etablir les situations de travaux (clients et sous-traitants) et établir les DGD en vue de la facturation.

Suivre le recouvrement des créances clients en lien avec la Direction Financière.

D. Achats et logistique

Achats : planifier les besoins, valider les demandes d'achats des chefs de chantiers et des conducteurs de travaux

Logistique : planifier les transports, emballages, protection, livraisons, retours.

Qualité : organiser les contrôles et garantir la conformité finale.

De formation technique bâtiment ou équivalent, vous avez déjà au moins 5 ans d'expérience réussie à un poste de suivi de chantier. Pour la bonne réussite de la mission, il est impératif que vous maitrisiez la gestion de budget et les outils ERP. La connaissance des procédés décoratifs haut de gamme sera particulièrement appréciée.

Vous êtes organisé(e) et rigoureux(se) ? vous êtes capable d'anticipation et de réactivité ? Vos capacités managériales sont reconnues ?
