Your role

Within our
Applied Research Laboratory
, you will play an active role in supporting the team with sensory panel management for Consumer and Fine Fragrance. Your main tasks will be:

  • Planning, execution, and analysis of sensory panels
  • Organize and coordinate sensory evaluation sessions.
  • Ensure proper implementation of protocols and monitoring of tests.
  • Collect, analyze, interpret, and communicate results to internal stakeholders
  • Raw material studies
  • Conduct tests and experiments on raw materials
  • Interpret data to assess their quality and impact on finished products.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes through study findings.

Your profile

  • Currently
    pursuing a Master's degree in perfumery,cosmetic or related sciences
    with a
    focus on sensory evaluation
    .
  • Hands‑on experience in setting up
    sensory panel tests
    and conducting
    statistical evaluations
    is highly valued.
  • Good command of
    Microsoft 365 (M365)
    tools to support daily collaboration and reporting.
  • Familiarity with
    data analysis software
    is a plus - your ability to turn numbers into insights will make a difference.
  • Fluent in both French and English
    , with the ability to communicate clearly in an international environment.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for transforming data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring reliable and reproducible results.
  • Team‑oriented, motivated to support colleagues in managing the sensory panel and driving innovation together.
