We are currently seeking a Transport Contract Manager, to join our team based in Nanterre.

About the Job :
As a Transport Contract Manager F/M, you are responsible for executing all activity relevant to estimating, for the preparation of the project procedure and for the preparation and issue of the Transport Service Order (TSO) to LSP (logistics Service Provider) in Proposal, Feed and EPC contracts.
You are working in strict coordination with the Project Transport Manager (TM) for all the matter relevant to Project Procedure, TSO implementation, revision, and cost monitoring.
The role and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Implementing the Transport Project Execution Plan
- Assess transport feasibility, and plan their transport operations;
- Prepare transport cost estimation jointly with Transport Estimation Section Head
- Prepare Project Procedure and Transport Specifications.
- Perform due diligence of LSP (Logistics Services Providers)
- Prepare Inquiry Package and launch ITB ( Invitation to Bid) to LSP through on line tool.
- Prepare and issue Technical and Commercial Bid Tabulation
- Conduct negotiations with LSP ,
- Prepare and issue the Transport Service Order, and amendments
- Assign the transport Price in T.EN IT tools

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in negociation with freight forwarder.
