Reporting & MissionAs EMEA Indirect Procurement Buyer, you report to the Repair, Field Service, Customer Service Procurement Manager.You will act as the primary procurement interface between Ingenico's EMEA local entities and external suppliers for indirect categories, notably Finance, IT, and Field Services.This position works in close collaboration with Global Indirect Category Managers to ensure alignment with group sourcing strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesAssume ownership of negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationshipsServe as the procurement representative within project teams and local teamsAct as the liaison between internal customers (Finance, Operations, Legal) and suppliersBuild and develop relationships with key suppliersIdentify alternative suppliers and manage sourcing & qualification when neededSupport internal teams in achieving cost optimization and budget objectivesEnsure compliance with Ingenico procurement policies and contractual standardsCompetencies / Skills RequirementsStrong negotiation skills: ability to negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contractsData-driven with solid analytical skillsOrganized, rigorous, and results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesIntegrity: being honest and ethical is essentialReliability and responsibility in fulfilling obligationsFluent English, both spoken and writtenExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsEducation / Qualification RequirementsMaster's degree in PurchasingStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Minimum 3 years' experience in purchasingMore reasons to join usJoining Ingenico means being part of a global leader shaping the future of payments.
