Provide automakers with cutting-edge equipment and solutions to develop tomorrow's clean and connected car.About the Role Within the General Services / Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) department, you will be responsible for improving work efficiency by developing process automation solutions using Microsoft 365, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint.Start date: As soon as possibleDuration: 6 monthsYour Main ResponsibilitiesImprovement of existing digital tools:Updating and optimizing the prevention plan and its associated documentsMonitoring and improving Power BI dashboards related to safety (HSE) and performance management (General Services)Enhancing event management through identified applicationsCreation and development of new solutions:Developing a tool for managing security authorizationsImplementing a tracking system for the introduction of new processesWriting tutorials and operating procedures for all tools (workflow and architecture organization)Creating a link between prevention plans / work permits and the pre-registration tabletSupporting change management and managing information pointsAbout YouYou are pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/+5) in IT, Project Management, or Management ControlYou have an advanced level of English (B1/B2)You have advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Power BIYou have strong analytical and teaching skillsLocationSigmatech - Avenue du Bois des Vergnes, 01150 Sainte-Julie (30 km from Lyon, carpooling available)What We OfferTransportation allowanceCompetitive internship stipend (based on education level)Access to the company restaurantOn-site gym and concierge services within the R&D centerAs a responsible company, OPmobility pays particular attention to diversity and equality within its teams and the Group commits to treat all job applications equally.Date: Oct 31, 2025 Location:
