Collect and clean data from existing reports and project tools. Design and build the dashboard in Excel or Power BI. Test and validate the dashboard with users (UAT). Document: data dictionary, user guide, calculation rules. 2- Project 2: Standardization of PMO processes Map existing processes and identify gaps. Compare with internal best practices and industry standards (PMBOK/Prince2). Create standard templates: Progress report RACI matrix Risk and action register Decision log Define associated workflows (responsibilities, frequencies, validations). Compile a PMO Manual containing procedures, checklists, and templates. Starting Date: April 2025 Duration : 6 monthsAbout you:We love to hear from you and how you match with this position. To be successful in this mission you should consider the following requirements: In the final year of a Communication/Management degree (Bac+5) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Good level of English Organized, independent, rigorous, and proactive Team player, with a focus on performance and solutions Knowledge of PowerBI is a real plus.
