Provide automakers with cutting-edge equipment and solutions to develop tomorrow's clean and connected car.About the RoleWithin the Engineering Design & Development department, you will be responsible for contributing to and leading projects and initiatives aimed at improving engineering standards, processes, tools, and overall performance.Start date: March 2026 Duration: Ideally 6 months Your Main ResponsibilitiesLead initiatives and projects designed to enhance the performance and competitiveness of the engineering function within customer project developmentContribute to transversal projects managed by the departmentManage the update of engineering standards, tools, and processes in coordination with various stakeholders, and support the associated change management activitiesDevelop performance indicators (KPIs) and tools related to engineering performance, carry out cross-functional analyses, and ensure monthly reporting at different levels (division, engineering center)Contribute to improving development cost efficiency (workload, quality, etc.) in collaboration with the division's engineering centersAbout YouYou are currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+5 equivalent) in EngineeringYou have an advanced level of English (B2/C1)You have strong skills in Excel, including pivot tables and macros; knowledge of Power BI would be a plusYou are autonomous and persistentYou have strong analytical and summarizing skillsYou possess excellent written and verbal communication abilitiesLocationSigmatech - Avenue du Bois des Vergnes, 01150 Sainte-Julie (30 km from Lyon, carpooling available)What We OfferTransportation allowanceCompetitive internship stipend (based on education level)Access to the company restaurantOn-site gym and concierge services within the R&D centerAs a responsible company, Plastic Omnium pays particular attention to diversity and equality within its teams and the Group commits to treat all job applications equally.Date: Nov 14, 2025 Location:
