Our growth is creating great opportunitiesBelow is the job description for open positionResponsibilitiesProject Involvement & Timeline DefinitionParticipate in early project phases (pre-projects, feasibility studies, explorations) by contributing to planning, requirement definition, and timeline alignmentDefine and structure process design activities aligned with engineering, quality, and regulatory requirementsEquipment & Process Design, Qualification, and ValidationLead the design, tendering, acquisition, installation, and integration of manufacturing equipmentEnsure compliance with ISO 13485 and applicable regulatory standardsIn collaboration with the Process Validation Engineer, ensure full qualification and validation of equipment and processes (IQ/OQ/PQ), ensuring robustness and traceabilityPrototyping & IndustrializationDevelop and implement prototyping capabilities to support R&D and innovation projectsEnsure a smooth and efficient transition from prototyping to industrial productionSite Investment & Make-or-Buy StrategyContribute to the definition and execution of the annual site investment plan aligned with Business Unit strategyEnsure project follow-up, budget adherence, and prioritization based on industrial and financial objectivesDefine and execute Make-or-Buy strategies by evaluating internal manufacturing capabilities and external sourcing optionsBuild and manage strategic partnerships with suppliers and subcontractorsQualitifications6-10 years of experience in equipment & process engineering within the medical device industryMasters / Bachelors in Engineer (Mechanical, Industrial or related field)Solid knowledge of ISO 13485 and regulated manufacturing environmentsExperience in equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) and process validationStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsFluent in English & FrenchJoin Linxens to work in a multicultural environment, collaborating with leading tech innovators and making a global impact on technology.LINXENS is an equal-opportunity employer that strictly prohibits unlawful or unethical discrimination.
