Job title: Wellhead, Xmas Tree and WAG Manifold Lead Engineering Sector: Oil & Gas Starting date: May 2025 Duration: 1 year (renewable) and potentially to 4 years Renewable: Yes Location: Paris, FRANCE Status: Residential Language: English and French JOB DIMENSIONS The Service Holder is responsible, within the SPS Package, for Wellhead, Production Guide Base, Tubing Hanger, Xmas Tree and WAG Manifold design and all interface between Drilling and Completion Equipment as well as Rig Operations with standard Block 58 SPS Wellhead, TH and Xmas Tree systems. ACTIVITIES Adopt and demonstrate an exemplary behavior with regard to H3SE, implement H3SE rules and requirements within his area of responsibility and to comply with H3SE training requirements for the position. The Service Provider has acquired knowledge of standard Wellhead/PGB Running, TH installation mode, Tree Installation and Well Intervention activities and associated equipment such as SSTT, BOP etc. and interface the B58 drilling and completion strategy and relevant "typical" means (i.e. No. and Type of Rigs/ BOP Type/ SSTT/ Intervention system) to address all features with Block 58 SPS standard systems. The Service Provider will define, in coordination with CPY Block 58 Drilling Team, all the engineering and testing (including fit up, stack up and integration testing) of the std Block 58 SPS equipment with Drilling and Completion equipment, to secure drilling operation preventing any operation stand by and Not Productive Time. The Service Holder will coordinate and participate in the redaction of the Rig books to cover all SPS related equipment, Drilling and Completion operations. The Service Provider will also be responsible for following up and validating design and manufacturing of the WAG Manifolds, being these items built on the same basis as Xmas Tree forging and machining blocks assembled in bolted configuration and completed with gate valves, chemical injection features and instrumentation. As per Drilling and Completion related equipment, and will participate in WAG manifold test engineering, follow up relevant testing and participate to WAG manifold outline installation, intervention procedures. Participating to the achievement of Block 58 SPS team objectives in terms of H3SE, quality, costs and schedule, the service provider will report to the Block 58 SPS Technical Lead and be accountable for demonstrating an exemplary behaviour with regard to H3SE rules & requirements and for implementing H3SE rules within his area of responsibility. CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT The activity takes place in the context of the execution phase of a major project in Suriname. The Suriname GPI is a multidisciplinary team that coordinates the studies managed by EP SURINAME on the Deep and Shallow Water discoveries of offshore Suriname Block 58. The technical challenges the GPI / Project will face are the reservoir development and management, FPSO, and subsea production/injection system. The Suriname Team will develop the Project with the objectives of maximizing economic results by optimizing the reserves, and the schedule, reducing the costs and the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emission, while maintaining the technical quality of the installations, with high H3SE requirements and focusing.
