This long‑term assignment involves supervising the full Electrical discipline across engineering, construction, and commissioning phases. The role requires strong technical leadership, coordination capabilities, and hands‑on involvement during site execution. Key Responsibilities 🔧 Electrical Engineering & Technical LeadershipLead and coordinate all Electrical discipline activities throughout the project lifecycle.Review, validate, and challenge engineering deliverables (FEED & Detailed Engineering).Ensure compliance with project standards, applicable regulations, and industry best practices.🏗️ Construction & Installation SupervisionOversee and support site teams for HT/LV electrical installations, including:Switchboards, transformers, MCCsCable routing and connectionsProtection systems & distribution networksEnsure quality of installation, manage interfaces, and support contractors during execution.🧪 Pre‑Commissioning & CommissioningPrepare and review test procedures, checklists, and completion documentation.Participate in Pre‑Com/Com testing, troubleshooting, and punch list resolution.Coordinate with commissioning teams and ensure handover compliance.📑 Coordination & Project GovernanceWork closely with engineering teams, vendors, and contractors.Contribute to schedule monitoring, progress tracking, deviation management, and HSE compliance.Ensure proper documentation, red‑marking, reporting, and QA/QC follow‑up.Candidate ProfileDegree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.10 years of experience in industrial projects (energy, oil & gas, petrochemical, process industries).Strong expertise in HT/LV systems, protection, distribution, compliance, and construction supervision.Hands‑on experience with Pre‑Commissioning / Commissioning activities.Proven ability to lead, coordinate, and interact with multidisciplinary teams.Fluent English required.With over 90 years' combined experience, NES Fircroft (NES) is proud to be the world's leading engineering staffing provider spanning the Oil & Gas, Power & Renewables, Chemicals, Construction & Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Mining and Manufacturing sectors worldwide.
