You will collaborate with internal and external teams, including project management, engineering, construction, and our contractual partners. Your mission will be to: Design and implement innovative planning and physical progress measurement systems. Lead a team of 7-10 Planning Engineers, check deliverables and coordinate their day-to-day progress and tasks. Structure projects to optimize their execution. Raise awareness among teams about deadlines and ensure timelines are met. Monitor project progress, identify delays, and propose corrective actions. Assess the impact of modifications and prepare extension of time analyses. Plan risk management to reduce costs. Deploy 4D solutions for advanced project management About you:We love to hear from you and how you match with this position. To be successful in this mission you should consider the following requirements:- Significant experience within an engineering company, ideally in the Oil & Gas sector.- At least 10 years of experience in planning, with proficiency in Primavera P6, experience with team leadership.- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment.- A rigorous and systematic approach, with strong organizational skills.- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team spirit.- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.Your Additional Assets:- A digital mindset and openness to new technologies.- Experience in other areas of project control, such as risk management, cost engineering, and estimatingYour career with us Working at Technip Energies is an inspiring journey, filled with groundbreaking projects and dynamic collaborations.
