Define the direct manhours, the site supervision organization chart and mobilisation plan, estimate the needs in specialized subcontractors Define the «Temporary Site Facilities / Camps» Produce the construction procedures Request specific studies (heavy lift, heavy haul, scaffolding...) Organize & chair the constructability reviews Provide input to overall EPC schedule Support Subcontracting team in the definition of subcontracting plan and during the selection process, issue TBT About You : You will match our expectations if you have the following requirements : Technical Diploma/Bachelor Degree Operational understanding of Construction process Fundamental Management & Leadership Skills Ability to supervise and control well-known and experienced subcontractors.
