Détails de la MissionContext and environnement : These projects are part of Bostik's broader AI transformation strategy, aimed at supporting sales, customer service, and technical support teams.The intern will operate in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment, collaborating with international teams across multiple regions to deliver impactful digital solutions.The intern will support two strategic projects:1. Development of AI-powered chatbots to enhance customer and sales experience2. Deployment of training platform, including content structuring, coordination with countries, and launch supportMain tasks:Creation and management of IA chatbotCountries onboardingCoordination with global and local teamsProject planning and deliverable trackingCreation of support materialsBenchmarking and research on AI solutionsAccountabilities :Timely delivery and quality of outputsClear communication with stakeholdersProactive input on tools and contentConfidentiality and accuracy in data handlingProfil RecherchéMaster's level (Bac +4 / Bac +5) - Business school, communication, digital marketing, or engineering with interest in digital toolsStrong interest in AI and digital toolsHard skills : Fluent in English (written and spoken), proficient in PowerPoint, Excel,collaborative tools (Teams, SharePoint) and customer communicationSoft skills : Team spirit, autonomy, and curiosityPourquoi nous rejoindre ?
