Learn more at www.hbfuller.com.Position OverviewThe Sr. Process & Safety Engineer ensures the safe operation of industrial processes at the Blois site, managing chemical and technical risks in collaboration with EHS, Maintenance, Engineering, and Production teams. This role provides technical safety expertise for risk analysis, Management of Change (MOC), and compliance with regulatory and corporate standards.Primary ResponsibilitiesAct as the site reference for industrial process safetyConduct risk analyses (PHA, HAZOP, FMEA, PQRA)Lead MOC processes and support CapEx projectsEnsure compliance with HSE standards (ISO 14000, ICPE, ATEX)Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma)Validate technical and safety aspects of projectsOrganize safety training and promote safety cultureMonitor HSE KPIs and manage incident investigationsMinimum RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Safety, or equivalent5+ years' experience in process safety within high-risk industrial environmentsExpertise in risk analysis tools and change managementAbility to read, analyse, and apply P&ID schematics in operational activities.Expert in abstract thinking and complex problem-solvingStrong background in Continuous Improvement methodologies and Lean principles to drive operational excellence.Fluent French and professional EnglishStrong cross-functional collaboration and project management skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with chemical processes (polymer emulsions, adhesives)Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ATEX standardsLean Six Sigma certificationExperience in SEVESO or ICPE-classified sites#LI-CR1H.B.
