ActivitiesAs an Assistant in the implementation of TotalEnergies' Anti-Corruption, Anti-Fraud, and ESEC program for Iraq, your will mainly participate in the support and assistance in the implementation of compliance & Sanctions program for the subsidiary. Your missions will be as follows: Daily Team Assistance (TEP Iraq, GGIP). In particular, support for compliance manager and assistance to the project compliance relays, Monitoring of the "e-learning", assistance, and monitoring of the various compliance tools (Due Diligence, Conflict of Interests, Reportings, etc.) and data analysis, The monitoring of global system for identification, mapping, prevention, control and risk escalation related to anti-corruption, anti-fraud, economic sanctions programs,Due diligence files review and follow-up,Assistance in identifying the key areas of fraud risk and work with front-line teams to develop mitigation action plans. We are looking for an nature arabic speaker Assistant to implement the Anti-Corruption, Anti-Fraud, and ESEC program for a duration of 12 months, starting March 2026. For a full-time professionalization contract qualifying for 12 months including 15% internal training (trade, language, tools, etc.). These trainings are delivered internally by organizations selected by TotalEnergies. During your studies, you developed your knowledge of anti-corruption laws, and/ or international and French economic sanctions laws, and/ or human law and/ or internal control. Do you have notions of digital tools (Due Diligence, COI, etc.)? Are autonomy, diligence, and team spirit among your qualities? Fluency in English will be essential for this position. Fluency in Arabic would be an advantage. This contract will enable you to gain a year's professional experience while being trained in the specifics of your job in relation to the Company's activities.
