We are currently seeking a HR and Organization Intern who will report to the Supply Chain & Logistics HR Business Partner and join our dynamic team based in Trecate.Job DescriptionWe are looking for an organized and proactive Project Management Intern to assist the PMO in supporting the execution of the Finance Learning Transformation project. Internship with internship agreement starting in June/July.Your Opportunity As part of the team, the intern will help in the planning, coordination, and tracking of project deliverables, as well as assist with the integration of digital learning tools. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, process optimization, and digital learning strategies.How you wil contributeProject Coordination:Assist in tracking the project timeline and deliverables.Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items.Support in preparing and maintaining project documentation (plans, reports, timelines).Update project management tools with progress and status reports.Content and Training Management: Help gather and organize existing finance training materials.Assist in mapping and aligning training materials with business processes.Support the migration and organization of training content into Degreed.Help ensure training materials are easily accessible and user-friendly.Participate in the digitalization of learning materials with Articulate 360Support in documenting all design and methodology deliverables.Stakeholder Communication:Serve as a point of contact for cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, HR, etc.).Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior leadership.Track feedback from stakeholders and assist in addressing concerns.Data Analysis and Reporting:Support in analyzing data related to training effectiveness (engagement rates, feedback).Help prepare regular reports on project status and training outcomes.Assist in evaluating the success of the training modules post-launch.Continuous Improvement:Research best practices in digital learning and process optimization.Assist in collecting feedback from users to identify areas for improvement.Help develop strategies for the continuous update of training content.Who you are Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or related fields.Previous internship or coursework in project management, training, or finance is a plus.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Experience with project management tools is a plus.Basic understanding of learning management systems (Degreed, Moodle, etc.) is an advantage.Eager to discover new learning toolsDetail-oriented, with an ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyFluent in English both written and oralSelf-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.English mandatory.Why join us ? Vous participerez à la préparation et à la mise à jour de la documentation projet (plans, rapports, échéanciers), ainsi qu'à l'alimentation des outils de gestion de projet avec les rapports d'avancement.Gestion du contenu et des formations :Vous aiderez à rassembler et organiser les supports de formation existants dans le domaine financier. Vous participerez à l'alignement de ces contenus avec les processus métiers et contribuerez à leur migration et organisation dans la plateforme Degreed. Vous veillerez à ce que les documents soient accessibles et faciles d'utilisation. Vous participerez à la digitalisation des supports à l'aide de l'outil Articulate 360 et contribuerez à la documentation de l'ensemble des livrables liés à la conception pédagogique et à la méthodologie.Communication avec les parties prenantes :Vous jouerez un rôle de point de contact pour les équipes transverses, incluant Finance, IT, RH et autres. Vous participerez à la création de présentations et rapports destinés à la direction. Vous suivrez les retours des parties prenantes et apporterez votre aide dans la gestion et la résolution de leurs préoccupations.Analyse de données et reporting :Vous serez amené(e) à analyser les données relatives à l'efficacité des formations, telles que les taux d'engagement et les retours des apprenants. Vous contribuerez à la production de rapports réguliers sur l'état d'avancement du projet et les résultats des formations. Vous participerez également à l'évaluation de la performance des modules après leur déploiement.Amélioration continue :Vous ferez des recherches sur les meilleures pratiques en matière d'apprentissage digital et d'optimisation des processus. Vous contribuerez à la collecte des retours utilisateurs afin d'identifier les axes d'amélioration, et vous participerez à l'élaboration de stratégies visant à assurer une mise à jour continue des contenus de formation.Qui êtes vous Vous préparez actuellement un diplôme en Administration des affaires, Gestion de projet, Finance ou dans un domaine connexe.Une première expérience de stage ou des cours suivis en gestion de projet, formation ou finance constituent un atout.Vous possédez de solides compétences en organisation et en gestion du temps, ainsi qu'une excellente communication, écrite comme orale. Vous maîtrisez la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Une expérience avec des outils de gestion de projet est un plus, de même qu'une connaissance de base des systèmes de gestion de l'apprentissage (Degreed, Moodle, etc.).Vous êtes curieux(se) des nouveaux outils d'apprentissage, attentif(ve) aux détails, capable de gérer plusieurs tâches en parallèle.Vous êtes autonome tout en appréciant le travail en équipe.Vous possédez de bonnes capacités d'analyse, un esprit orienté résolution de problèmes, et vous êtes adaptable avec une forte envie d'apprendre dans un environnement dynamique.Anglais courant obligatoire.Pourquoi nous rejoindre ?
