Through collaboration and excellence in execution, our 17,000+ employees across 34 countries are fully committed to bridging prosperity with sustainability for a world designed to last.About the mission we offer you: With the increasing electrification of our projects, Technip Energies' electrical department is looking to strengthen its capabilities in modeling and optimizing the distribution of electrical consumers in complex projects. The goal is to develop a tool to accelerate the design phase and optimize our quantities. This tool aims to improve electrical load management, electrical distribution, and the sizing of distribution panels and transformers for industrial or energy installations.Your main tasks are as follows: Analyze and process electrical load data (power, voltage, PF, EFF, operating scenarios, normal and/or essential) from Excel files or other sources. Develop a modeling tool for load distribution across different low-voltage 240V/415V-690V and medium-voltage 6.6kV-11kV electrical panels. Design and implement a load allocation algorithm to optimize the capacity of electrical panels. Size the associated electrical panels and transformers according to the load distribution. Validate the models through simulations and case studies. Write technical reports and summaries to present the results. Collaborate with the engineering and project management teams to integrate the solutions into real projects. To be successful in this mission you should consider the following requirements: You are a student in the final year of engineering school or Master's degree (BAC+5) in electrical engineering, energy engineering, or electrical engineering with knowledge of optimization. You have skills in modeling and programming (Python, Excel VBA, or other languages) would be an advantage. You have knowledge on electrical systems, factory distribution networks, and related standards. You are able to analyze data, develop algorithms, and work independently. You have good writing and teamwork skills. A particular aptitude for programming is a plus.
