Your Role: Chartering Specialist As a key member of our Chartering team, youll play a pivotal role in managing sea transportation and associated services for our groundbreaking projects. Your responsibilities will include: Strategic Procurement: Prepare bidders lists, conduct tendering processes, and negotiate commercial terms to secure the best value. Contract Management: Draft, negotiate, and administer contracts, ensuring compliance with client and internal requirements. Operational Oversight: Monitor vessel readiness, manage subcontractor performance, and ensure all documentation is in place. Financial Reporting: Prepare financial status reports, review invoices, and manage claims or disputes. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Finance, Compliance, Operations) and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. What You Bring A degree in Chartering or Engineering. 710 years of experience in subcontracts, logistics, or chartering. Knowledge of BIMCO Time Charter Party (a plus).
